Fragrance samples must be as described, fit for the intended purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for a full refund, subject to our returns policy below.
If fragrance samples are faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Returns Policy: Unopened fragrance samples in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened samples cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or not as described. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your returned items and credited to your original payment method.
