Delivery Times:
Standard UK Delivery: 2-4 business days.
Orders are processed within one business day, ensuring a prompt delivery experience.
Shipping Costs:
Charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Enjoy free UK shipping for all orders over £50.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. This enables you to monitor your package every step of the way.
International Shipping:
We currently ship primarily within the UK. For any international orders, please contact us to discuss shipping options and costs in detail.
Returns & Refunds
Your Consumer Rights (UK)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to cancel your purchase for any reason and obtain a full refund.
Return Policy:
Unopened Items: Fragrance samples that remain unopened and in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Opened Items: Due to safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance samples unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you may return it (opened or unopened) within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will give you return instructions and the appropriate return address to send the items back.
- Please securely package the items in their original condition to avoid damage during transit.
- Send the items back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Important Return Shipping Information:
Use a Signed For Service: We highly recommend using a 'Signed For' delivery option when returning items. If you choose otherwise, apply adequate postage. Jiffy envelopes generally need to be sent as 'Large Letters'.
Lost Returns: We cannot be held responsible for lost goods you return. Please use a 'Signed For' service to protect your parcel. If lost, you can claim back the value from Royal Mail. Responsibility for lost items lies with the sender, not TwentyTwo Scents. Keep your tracking receipt until you receive acknowledgement or credit.
Packaging: We advise returning goods using padded packaging, such as a jiffy bag, to reduce damage risk during transit.
Perfume Shipping Requirements: Royal Mail classifies perfumes as hazardous. When returning, notify the post office about the perfume samples inside original packaging. An ID8000 label will be applied to comply with dispatch requirements.
Refund Processing:
Upon receipt of returned items, we will inspect and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. For quick resolution, report any damage or issues within 48 hours by contacting us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. This helps us file claims and arrange replacements or refunds swiftly. We will arrange replacements or full refunds and cover all return shipping costs where appropriate.
