Your Consumer Rights
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your items for any reason and receive a full refund.
Returns & Refunds for Unopened Items
We accept returns of unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unopened and unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Opened Items
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used samples unless the item is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Not as described on our website
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Processing
